Throughout four projects, I collaborated closely, working on-site one day a week and remotely for the remainder. I provided valuable insights through a feedback loop, aiding the team in iterating and testing various design versions
The project was structured into four sprints, each lasting four weeks, demanding extensive collaboration with the product team. Each sprint involved a comprehensive process that included these four key steps.
Step 1
This step played a crucial role in understanding the objectives of each sprint, familiarising with the concepts under test, and initiating collaboration with the team.
Step 2
Leveraging the outcomes of collaborative workshops with our client, I successfully mapped out the chatbot’s user pathways.
Step 3
Each round had unique challenges. Mainly, we used Usability Testing, occasionally supplemented by Card Sorting, with a sample size of 6-8 participants.
Step 4
Each sprint required a lean report presented to the core team and stakeholders. Ideation sessions and design iterations followed based on the users feedback.
The sessions were conducted through Zoom, with a live stream set up on Teams, allowing stakeholders to observe in real-time.
